High performing and accomplished employees that create added value are given the chance to rise to the very top at Alternatif Bank, and most of our executives have been promoted internally. All horizontal and vertical career opportunities at the Bank are first announced to the employees via our portal, and the personnel is given options for the management of their future plans with the “Vacancies Model.” .

Development Center practices and Career Training programs support career management operations. Individual development plans are created through development center practices. Executive training programs aim to maintain a constant flow of qualified human resources. Suitable candidates within the Bank are given priority when a new executive-level appointment is to be made.

Fostering Executive Candidates: The Management Trainee (MT) program was re-introduced with different content in 2015. The program aspires to foster future candidates within the company.

Talent Management: As part of the BEST talent management program first implemented in 2014, selected employees are put through a special training and development process. The program strives to support the strengths and strengthen weaknesses of employees according to competency analysis.
