With our Management Trainee program, we welcome young and dynamic candidates and fresh graduates who have just started their professional life and aim to pursue their career in banking. Young employees who pass the qualification processes including the General Ability Test, English examinations, case studies and interviews get the chance to attend an in-depth training program comprised of exclusively designed theoretical and current practices. With our rotation practice as part of our training program, we offer our Management Trainees to experience the various departments of our bank.
We provide 3-6-month internship opportunities to 3. and 4. Year university students and postgraduate students. This way, we provide the students who wish to be intern at Alternatif Bank, an opportunity to get to know and experience our Bank more closely.
Leader Development Program
As the Alternatif Bank Family, we prepare our Bank and our employees for the future in the light of our “Always Advance Together” motto. We develop our own executives with our Leader Development Program, a development centre designed to determine our executive candidates.
