Voting Procedure

The voting procedure at meetings is delineated in Article 26 of our Bank's Articles of Association. Pursuant to the Turkish Commercial Code provisions, meetings are held in both physical and electronic environments. Voting takes place openly by raising a hand or in a written or electronic environment in order to ascertain the accurate vote count. However, written voting is compulsory upon the request of at least one-tenth of the shares represented at the meeting.
