“We Consider the Quality of Growth Together with the Strength of Our Balance Sheet and Customer Relationships”

Commenting on the financial results for the first half of the year, Ozan Kırmızı, General Manager of Alternatif Bank, said: “The first half of 2026 was a period in which global uncertainties and the high interest rate environment made financing conditions more challenging. Against this backdrop, at Alternatif Bank, we maintained our robust balance sheet structure, high asset quality and strong liquidity position. While continuing our selective lending policy with due consideration for the risk-return balance, we remained committed to implementing our advisory banking model, which is based on  closely understanding our customers’ needs. We continue to consider the quality of growth together with the strength of our balance sheet and the long-term relationships we build with our customers.”

“We Will Continue to Pursue Balanced and Selective Growth for the Remainder of the Year”

Sharing his objectives for the remainder of the year, Kırmızı concluded: “We will continue to pursue a balanced growth strategy that preserves our asset quality and takes capital efficiency into consideration. As we make our digital channels more effective, we will deepen our customer relationships and further develop our expertise in trade finance and sustainable finance. With our advisory banking approach, agile organisation, international financing capabilities and the support of our shareholder, we will continue to support our customers throughout their decision-making processes and deliver long-term value to the Turkish economy.”
