Precautions We Have Taken Against the Coronavirus Pandemic
Our Valued Customers,
The health and safety of our customers and employees is currently our utmost concern due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In this sense, we would like to inform you about the precautions we have taken to protect your and our employee’s health while enabling the continuity of our banking services.
We closely follow the directives of the World Health Organization and Ministry of Health for our own work environment safety and carry out measures to ensure increased social distancing along with continuous communication conducted to our employees. Besides precautions such as postponing trainings and events, minimizing the number of business trips and meetings; we implement remote connection and home-office working practices for our branch and head office employees and exert intensive procedures for maintaining hygiene in all our premises. In addition, we ensure that our employees who come into contact with cash in our branches use protective equipment including gloves and masks.
We would like to state that we continue to provide banking services through our all branches between 12.00 and 17.00.
In addition to that, for the health of you and those around you, we strongly recommend that you stay at home as much as possible, use debit or credit cards instead of cash while shopping and realize your banking transactions primarily through our renewed Internet and Mobile Banking channels, ATMs and Call Center.
In order to make your transactions easier through non-branch channels;
- We have increased the daily withdrawal limit from our ATMs to 3.000 TL.
- As of 17 March 2020, we have made EFT and money transfer transactions free of charge for until 30 April 2020 through our Internet and Mobile Banking channels. Click here to download our renewed mobile banking application.
We thank you for your sensitivity and support in achieving the purpose of the measures we have taken and wish you a healthy day.
