The health and safety of our customers and employees is currently our utmost concern due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In this sense, we would like to inform you about the precautions we have taken to protect your and our employee’s health while enabling the continuity of our banking services. 

We closely follow the directives of the World Health Organization and Ministry of Health for our own work environment safety and carry out measures to ensure increased social distancing along with continuous communication conducted to our employees. Besides precautions such as postponing trainings and events, minimizing the number of business trips and meetings; we implement remote connection and home-office working practices for our branch and head office employees and exert intensive procedures for maintaining hygiene in all our premises. In addition, we ensure that our employees who come into contact with cash in our branches use protective equipment including gloves and masks. 

Our branches will start operating between 09.00-12.30 and 13.30-17.00 as of May 17. Your portfolio managers will be working home office and in case of need you may reach your current branch and portfolio manager via telephone and email throughout this process.  '
