A senior appointment was made in Alternatif Securities, the strategic subsidiary of Alternatif Bank in capital markets. Tolga Macit Güsar, an experienced name in finance and banking sector, was appointed as Alternatif Securities CEO as of May 1, 2025.

A new era begins in Alternatif Securities, which has been one of the prominent intermediary institutions in Turkey for almost 30 years and which creates value for retail and corporate investors with its innovative products and services. Tolga Macit Güsar was appointed as the CEO of Alternatif Securities, the subsidiary of Alternatif Bank that occupies a strategic position within the financial ecosystem of the bank. 

Alternatif Bank CEO Ozan Kırmızı, making remarks about the matter, stated “Alternatif Securities is one of our strategic subsidiaries that stands out in capital markets with its expertise, reliability, and customer oriented structure.
