Eurobond Features

Coupon interest rates can be fixed or floating. In Turkish Eurobonds, USD bonds pay coupons every 6 months, while Euro currency bonds pay coupons once a year.
Eurobonds are long-term and can be liquidated in secondary markets prior to maturity. Market conditions are subject to the date of liquidation.
No physical delivery is available.
No withholding tax is charged.
The investors must declare their income.
Eurobond transactions can be made using current accounts.
Spread depends on issue liquidity and trade volume.
Trading date is +3 workdays for government Eurobonds and 2+ workdays for company Eurobonds.
Alternatif Bank trades selling at 200,000 nominal value at minimum with a nominal amount of 100 and multiples.
