Moreover, you can also set your first password easily by using the “Set Telephone Banking Password” step under “Telephone Banking Password Procedures” in the Internet Banking’s “Security Options” menu.
To change your Telephone Banking password, contact the Customer Communication Centre at +90 850 225 00 55, choose “Telephone Banking” under the 4th menu “Password Procedures” and enter “3” to proceed to the “Change Password” option via interactive voice response. Moreover, you can also change your password easily by using the “Change Telephone Banking Password” step under “Telephone Banking Password Procedures” in the Internet Banking’s “Security Options” menu.
